Winning the Crucial Wisconsin Supreme Court Election in April
If we lose the April election for Wisconsin’s Supreme Court to the progressive candidate, it will seriously harm all Wisconsinites, particularly students and teachers.
A progressive court will circumvent our elected representatives and create and terminate laws according to their personal opinions.
Act 10, which has benefited students, parents, and teachers for over a decade, will most assuredly be voided to benefit the wallets of unions and progressive causes. We will return to the days before 2011 and the enactment of Act 10 when public employee pensions were busting the state budgets and schools had worse teacher-student ratios and very little flexibility to meet student needs.
Additionally, we could see the end of school vouchers and Right to Work. We cannot let this happen.
There is also a high probability that progressives will challenge Wisconsin’s congressional district map. If we lose the Supreme Court election in April, they could very easily gerrymander the congressional districts to give the Democrats two more seats in the U.S. House. With the razor-thin majority in the U.S. House, this could have major implications for the future of the country.
Since the election will take place shortly on April 1, 2025, we can expect a low turnout of voters. The only organization in Wisconsin that has the capability right now to go door-to-door to persuade and turn out the voters needed for a victory by Judge Schimel is AFP Wisconsin.
Americans for Prosperity’s layered approach of door-knocks, digital ads, mail, and phone calls, is the one strategy that will move large numbers of Wisconsin residents to actually get out and vote for Judge Schimel, a Supreme Court justice who will NOT invent laws or legislate from the bench.
I recognize both the importance and the urgency of this AFP campaign. I want to be a part of helping Americans for Prosperity Wisconsin bring its unique and powerful grassroots capabilities to bear. That is why I am supporting AFP with a special contribution today.
